Product, Custom Order & Production Policy

At B&R Customs, many of our products are custom fabricated, hand-assembled, or built to order. Because of the specialized nature of our lighting, audio, and vehicle accessories, the following policies apply to all purchases.

Custom & Made-To-Order Products

Many items offered by B&R Customs are custom-built or made-to-order, including but not limited to:

  • Custom LED speaker rings

  • Custom illuminated emblems

  • Custom lighting assemblies

  • Specialty audio lighting products

  • Custom fabricated vehicle accessories

Because these products are built specifically for each order, custom or made-to-order items are considered final sale once production has begun.

Once fabrication, assembly, or customization has started, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request order changes or cancellations only before production begins.

Once materials have been prepared or fabrication has started, the order is considered in production and cannot be canceled due to the time, materials, and labor involved.

Production & Lead Time Policy

Many products sold by B&R Customs require custom fabrication, assembly, testing, or finishing prior to shipment.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Product complexity

  • Customization requirements

  • Material availability

  • Seasonal demand

Estimated build or production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed shipping dates.

During periods of high demand, production times may increase. B&R Customs reserves the right to adjust production timelines as necessary to maintain quality and product standards.

Orders will be shipped once production and quality inspection are completed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of many products sold by B&R Customs, the following return policy applies:

  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns may only be accepted for unused, non-custom standard products, and must be approved in advance.

  • Approved return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In original condition and packaging

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products purchased from B&R Customs are installed properly and safely.

Improper installation may result in:

  • Product damage

  • Vehicle electrical damage

  • Reduced product lifespan

  • Safety hazards

Professional installation is strongly recommended for electrical and custom components.

Damage resulting from improper installation is not eligible for return or warranty coverage.

Custom Product Variations

Because many products from B&R Customs are hand-built or custom fabricated, minor variations may occur, including:

  • Slight color variations

  • Minor cosmetic differences

  • Hand-fabrication marks

  • Differences between product photos and finished products

These variations are normal in custom manufacturing and do not qualify as defects.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Production schedules

  • Order volume

  • Carrier delivery times

B&R Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors once the package has been shipped.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with B&R Customs, the customer agrees to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback for a custom or made-to-order product after production has begun may be considered a violation of this policy.

Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from B&R Customs, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Product, Custom Order, and Production Policy, including policies regarding custom fabrication, cancellations, lead times, returns, and installation responsibility.

Electrical Load & Fire Risk Disclaimer

Products sold by B&R Customs may require integration into a vehicle’s electrical system. Improper wiring, insufficient electrical capacity, incorrect voltage supply, or installation without proper fusing, relays, or wiring protection may result in electrical system damage, overheating, or fire.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicle’s battery, alternator, wiring, fuses, and electrical system are capable of safely supporting any aftermarket accessories.

By purchasing and installing products from B&R Customs, the customer assumes all responsibility for proper installation and electrical compatibility. B&R Customs shall not be held liable for vehicle damage, electrical failures, fire, personal injury, or property damage resulting from improper installation or use of its products.
